Project outputs


O1. Innovative model for training the creative skills of young entrepreneurs in rural areas (IMCRA)

The main aim of IMCRA model is to foster (re-)integration of learners with disadvantaged background and fewer opportunities into labour market.

The objectives are the following:

  • to contribute to a reduction of number of low-skilled adults by upgrading their creative skills coherent with employment-related key competences needed for successful integration into the nowadays labour market;
  • to increase motivation of people with disadvantaged background and fewer opportunities to integrate into labour market using participatory approach based on knowhow of the possibilities of rural areas;
  • to improve access to employment-related training for people with disadvantaged background and fewer opportunities by offering learning opportunities tailored for individual learners based on employment-related Open Education Resources (OERs);
  • to promote take-up of innovative practises in employment-related training by supporting participatory learning approach, reversed training and Open Educational Resources (OERs) on employment related issues;
  • to increase motivation of people with disadvantaged background and fewer opportunities to learn by providing information on validation of non-formal and informal learning.

O2. Organisation modernisation for the entrepreneurship in rural areas model (OMRA)

The main aim of OMRA model is to prepare the AE organisations and their staff for effective implementation of the new educational methods and tools proposed by the IMCRA model within the AE organisations. The objectives are the following:

  • to strengthen the capacities of AE organisations active in the field of employment-related training to offer high quality ICT-based learning tailored for individual learners with disadvantaged background and fewer opportunities, such as rural young people;
  • to enhance the professional development of AE staff by introducing new innovative educational methods: Open Educational Resources (OERs), blended-learning approach and new role of trainer as a facilitator using learners’ participatory approach;
  • to increase participation of people with disadvantaged background and fewer opportunities in learning and employability, such as rural young people, by developing facilitator-support services within AE organisations;
  • to reinforce links between AE organisations, LAGs, business organisations and world of work (enterprises) in order to increase the relevance of employment-related learning provision to the nowadays labour market needs, as is the entrepreneurial spirit, environment analysis and creative skills.
